Christine's presentation resonated particularly for me in that I have to date under-estimated the value and importance of my personal brand.  I have so far mainly thought that what I think of myself is more important than what others think of me, but I can now see that as a leader all of your actions are seen by your staff and colleagues and obviously affects how they perceive you and how they will respond to you.
